Welcome to a series of mindfully designed classes to support women through their unique challenges AND opportunities of perimenopause and beyond. Led by Torild, a qualified yoga and menopause yoga teacher and coach.
Each class will be held as a 90-minute Zoom session and offers targeted practices to address specific signs and symptoms, with the aim to support physical and emotional wellbeing.

Yoga for perimenopause and beyond
These classes are designed to address the above signs and symptoms that many women experience during perimenopause and beyond.

Yoga, with its combination of breathwork, postures and meditation, is proven to reduce stress, guiding us into a calming state and restoring hormonal balance.
