  • Will explore our internal landscape, to be better equipped to meet the menopause in a positive way, and feel ready to fully maximise this important stage of your life.

  • Focus on emotional awareness, mindset, nutrition, sleep, experiences, lifestyle - and inspiration.

  • We will embody our learnings through @menopause_yoga, breath work - and mindfulness practices, so that we can move into a place of acceptance. “Our body is an extension of our minds” (Joe Dispenza).

  • We will summarize previous learnings from module 1-3 and be looking at how we can get to a place of acceptance so that we can embrace the stages of menopause and beyond.

Menopause in the workplace

  • What is in place and what else can be done to support women in the workplace

  • Discuss initiatives and support systems that can be implemented at work

  • Summary/feedback

Open Circle

To build confidence and feelings of empowerment, every session includes an “open circle”, where we share experiences, discuss and practice tried and tested tools that can alleviate signs.Some of these includemenopause yoga

  • breathing practices
  • mindfulness – and shift in mindset practices
  • journaling and reflections
  • home tasks including journaling, yoga, breath work – listening to inspiring podcasts, applying the practices we learnt in own time

 

There will be guests, including menopause doctor, nutritionist, sleep expert, life coach, yoga nidra (“sleep yoga”). I keep the groups small, so that every participant feels listened to and confident to open up around their own experiences. 

 

The participants will have access to recorded content, including breathing techniques to assist some of the psychological symptoms, brief yoga sequences, recordings of guest contributions. I’ll supply a list of my preferred resources, such as books, podcasts and websites by inspirational women.
