Why I Built This Programme

I went through perimenopause at 47 while working in the maritime industry and raising three boys. On the outside, I looked fine. On the inside, I was crumbling. Constant self-questioning, overthinking everything, sleep that disappeared, and a version of myself I barely recognised.

 
Nobody in my workplace knew, because I didn't have the language for what was happening. I do now. And I've turned that experience into a programme that gives women the support, the science, and the tools I wish I'd had.

About Torild

 

I spent many years in the maritime industry. I went through perimenopause while leading in a male-dominated environment and raising three boys. I know what it's like to push through while quietly crumbling inside. That experience is why I do this work.

I'm a CPD-accredited Menopause Coach, iPEC Energy Leadership (ELI®) Coach, and Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher. I integrate evidence-based frameworks with lived experience to help women rebuild energy, resilience, clarity, and confidence, one intentional step at a time.
